Any thoughts on compound bio identicals? They’re not fda approved which idk if I’m worried but they’re so dang expensive.

And yes .. for a long time I’ve tried to determine and I lazy or just fatigued. It’s only been a week but I’m hoping that they help with all of the things.

i mean all estrogen, prog and test products are bio-identical. not sure if they are ripping you off by throwing that out there or what.

but yea you should be trying to match levels of each for the high end range for your age group to start and then adjust as needed.

testosterone will prolly be the one that needs to be adjusted the most. If your sex drive goes crazy, im talking needing it multiple times a day or you start growing hair aroudn the lips or on the chin, lower the dose....although your husband might not agree with that advice

but in general we want to ramp up to the levels of each that are seen as high end in your age group. if you feel like shite still, add more and go to high end of the age group of say a 30 year old. if thats too much, adjust and find a happy medium. will take 3-6 months to get it dialed in.

understand like TRT for men, HRT for women is really a life long commit. But most women that are your age that kind of go crazy and end up divorced...yea well many times its the hormones.
