Yes, of you tolerate more, great but still need to hit macros. Don’t do so much you can’t.

For the record...been reading the boards lately on the guys that lift that are using mounjaro and the like as part of a cut......they are doing like we always tend to do and splitting the dose up. even on like the lowest dose of 2.5, they are splitting into 2 shots.
the ones splitting are reporting way less sides it seems, which is honestly to be expected, and then also the true BBers are saying, 2.5 is enough for most on a cut.
