It most certainly is. The latest census found that 75.5% of respondents self identified as "White Only" when asked what their race and the race of the people living in their home was. If there is a problem in a society where 75.5% self identify as one made up race the issue lies with that one made up race and that race alone. Given that race is not real and does not exist in any biological sense it is only logical to say that any problems in a society are the responsibility of everyone, and 75.5% of everyone in the US thinks they are white only.
