re: For those that believe the NFL is rigged, what would it take to convince you otherwise?

You are reading WAY too much into that ruling.
Basically, what the conspiracy theorists are saying is that it would be metaphysically impossible for a game to have turned out opposite the way they wanted it to turn out without there being some type of sinister, nefarious activity and someone putting their thumb on the scale.
Or a coach doing something stupid, probably in some conspiratorial minds from having been put up to it by the league. People have been bitching since Sunday about Shanahan not running the ball enough in the second half. Full disclosure, I think he should have run the ball.
But I know exactly why he didn't run the ball, I've known it since Sunday. The NFL is a pass-centric, quarterback-driven league and it's more fun for the coaches and makes them look smarter to call pass plays than runs off tackle. That's all. Honestly, I think some of these geniuses in their heart of hearts wouldn't have a running back on the field if they could get by with it. But it's ego, not anything sinister.

Oh, I get that part, and I am one of those people that think the NFL is fixed. However, I am not one of those people that think there is a script, magnets in balls, etc. Nor do I think players orchestrate plays in unison. Do some get lazy and try not to get hurt? Absolutely. So would I.
On the actual ruling, I'm not reading way too much into it at all. I took it at face value. The NFL is a product that can do what it wishes with the product. Remember, the law suit was brought AFTER the NFL admitted it busted the Patriots blatantly cheating. The Patriots were "punished" and the NFL moved on. These Jets fans wanted their money back for games they lost the seasons the NFL ADMITTED the Patriots were blatantly cheating. The court let the world know these actions could take place and there was nothing a fan could do about it. As you said, they are entitled to a few hours of "entertainment" if they buy a ticket. They aren't guaranteed a game won't be fixed or that one team isn't cheating behind the scenes. That, to me, is an admission of what it is.
As for Shanahan, I agree. Nothing nefarious at all there. This is the third Super Bowl he has choked away for the exact same reasons. Despite the NFL protecting KC Sunday by not calling one of the dozens of blatant holds, Shanahan still literally had the game in hand at the end and did what he always does. The NFL likely sent him a thank you card today for his continued stupidity that helped them retain Taylor Swift fans for at least another season.

You are NOT paying enough attention to the ruling!
You think "Spy Gate" was real?
You think "Deflate Gate" was real?
You think "Bounty Gate" was real?
These were made up stories to turn Tom Brady into a heal and to keep the NFL in the news year round.
You think paying a millionaire an extra $100 is going to inspire them to take out a player from the other team.
I guess its still real to you!
