The guy had to shoot his car over a dozen times at point blank range, what if he caught a ricochet? What if he was crazy enough to actually shoot himself?
His stepdaughter (who he was raping) has told the story to anyone that was listening.
Bufford shot Pauline twice at their house, carried her body to the car, came back to grab her shoes, and drove off.
The TBI got the gun in the past year. They didn't dig her up for no reason.

Three of them? I applaud his tenacity to keep going after the first.
For the record, I don't care about Beaufort T. Justice or whoever he was. I've never seen Walking Tall (was that a Rock vehicle?)
I don't have any strong feelings one way or another for the dead man. I'm just saying spending all this time and money to maybe besmirch a dead guy in the eyes of some people...
You'd be better off making a movie about how he was evil instead of good or whatever I don't know his story. But this isn't exactly compelling.
