Curious if anyone had any of the biologic drugs like Xolair or Dupixent brought up as a treatment? I had chronic issue and mine but CT revealed a fungal infection. The relief after the surgery was worth it. Also allergy tested me as they thought it could have contributed to the inflammation and nice environment for the infection to set up.
