Either Biden MUST BE PROSECUTED..or he MUST BE REMOVED AS PRESIDENT.
There are no other options, it has to be one way or the other . Joe Biden broke the law when he took possession of the documents in question, and at the time he did so his competency was not in question. He never had a right to the documents. Ever. Doesn't matter who he told about anything years later, he took them illegally.
If DOJ declines to prosecute for whatever reason, then Donald Trump should call a presser and immediately call for either a prosecution, resignation or removal for Biden. If these are not forthcoming, then his case must be dismissed because of the blatant double standard.

nope, 1 was Pres. and the other was VP, the VP was not allowed those docs, the Pres was allowed to determine which documents were classified or not.
§ 2.2 Access to classified information by historical researchers, former Treasury Presidential and Vice Presidential appointees, and former Presidents and Vice Presidents.
(a) Access to classified information may be granted only to individuals who have a need-to-know the information. This requirement may be waived, however, for individuals who:
(1) Are engaged in historical research projects;
(2) Previously occupied a position in the Treasury to which they were appointed by the President under 3 U.S.C. 105(a)(2)(A), or the Vice President under 3 U.S.C. 106(a)(1)(A); or
(3) Served as President or Vice President.
