What is so pathetic about this part of the judicial system is that since judges can not be held liable, they will let a violent or evil person out multiple times with very little consequence for their crimes and it’s suddenly a shock that the same person commits a more violent act and serious hurts or kills someone.

I can get someone being let out for smaller things if it’s a one time thing but you start holding judges accountable once it’s multiple times and the person hurts someone, that nonsense would completely stop
