Seriously, I sometimes wish the admins would ban multiple guys on both sides of this. I'm just tired of the guys who start threads solely to try to compare the two coaches. Everyone just stop already.
Neither guy is John Wooden and neither guy is Ricky Birdsong or Bob Wade (no relation).
McMahon will be here for at least one more year. Let's hope he can make the most of it and do something good. His recruiting needs to step up, though.

Wade is fricking gone. Has been for 2 years. He ain't ever coming back. LSU won't take him if they chose to fire him despite his record, and if he has any self-respect he'd never go back to a school that fired him the way we did. It's time to move the frick on.
This is an LSU board, I'm an LSU fan. Not a Wade fan, not a McMahon fan, an LSU fan. I will support and root for the team and the guy we have, until such time as he ain't here anymore. Then my support goes to the next guy. You can criticize him all you like, that's part of being a fan. But whining over Wade now, is worse than those who continuously whined about Saban leaving. At least Saban won a title, and left a standing program. And he didn't put us in the NCAA spotlight in the process.
