I am pretty sure that they were saying most of it was being stolen or sold. So I get it now. The ones on here that have been saying for months that all or a large portion of the aid was stolen and the military equipment was sold on the black market are full of shite otherwise the great Russian Army would have taken Kiev in 3 days.

Yea I have no problem with you calling them out. While it's tough to know if it's 10%, 20%, or 33%, all of which are significant, it's nowhere near 100% which is just silly. But obviously enough for foreign and Ukranian fighters to complain about it on podcasts such as Willie's. And enough for the Ukraine to finally react after threats from the West and sack and arrest high officials (likely a few scapegoats). So yes significant but not 100%.
