That’s one blind, a very large company was spending close to $200,000 annually 25 years ago on duck entertainment (like shutting hwy 82 down big).New camp they have now is over a mil, gotta have some deep pockets to play that game.
Your best bet is to become an annuity to a lodge and buy hunts.
HR&G, Calcasieu Charters, Louisiana Outfitters, hunt am & fish pm or hit casino.

That won't even get you a decent blind.

You might get one blind for that and it will be a crapshoot.

as others have mentioned, I would book day hunts at various outfitters in S or SW Louisiana. Most offer lodging and meals as prices vary based on the facility. Grosse Savanne is the real deal as you will be treated like Kings and with a cost. Another option is Hackberry Rod & Gun . Research both facilities and decide what's best for you. Book several hunts for however many people you plan on taking ... 3-5 ? I wouldn't pass up the fishing opportunities as the cost will be a good bit less. KemoSabe can hook you up with fishing at Big Lake Fishing out of Venice would also be an awesome trip with customers.
FWIW - my friend who owns an oil field service company did something similar.
He booked 10 bow hunts during the peak rut at Tara Wildlife and invited his best customers and top salesmen.

Not going to get you much. I know of an 8 man blind for 24k up in North La but like most of Louisiana duck hunting is not worth the hassle
