Who told you that? I’d be shocked if Jefferson Parish created a tax exemption along those lines.

Just someone I exercise with who is a small business owner. Says that’s why the foreigners own all of the gas stations and why the Mexican etc restaurants are popping up. That one doesn’t have to be a citizen to own and get special breaks. I hope he is wrong.
