It's silly that both of these are here. I'd rather vote for the asshat reporter from Die Hard that Holly punched at the end.
I agree on Gruber, I was surprised he won. That might have been from people voting in a "who is the better villain" type of way (hence why I tried to clarify in the OP). But I think Landa definitely deserves to be there.I mean you take the opening scene of Inglorious Bastards alone, an absolutely brilliant and tense scene, but I hated him 5 minutes into the movie. He's an all time great bad guy, but not really in a cool way like Heath Ledgers Joker, he's truly evil and rightfully hated.

I know Rose Tico is going to beat Mr. Potter from It's a Wonder Life, and i hate whatever you want to call those 3 "star wars" movies more than just about anyone, but Mr. Potter is one of the biggest pieces of shite to ever grace the silver screen.
Not giving back the $8k to Uncle Billy was one of the biggest dick moves ever. Back in the 1945 that was equal to $133K today. You've got to be the biggest sack of shite to do something like that in a small town. He purposely doens't give Uncle Billy the money back when he sees him looking for it, then when George comes over to ask for a loan, he basically tells him to go frick himself b/c he knows if he doesn't give him the money his business will finally fail. He had two opportunities to do the right thing, and failed both times. Then he calls the cops on George. All so he can build more section 8 housing.
Most people you hate in movies you get the satisfaction of seeing them die, or at least lose, but not here. I would have really liked to see that old man get what was coming to him.
