You don’t need it now. It would be cheaper to buy brand new furniture later.

This is my line of thinking.

You could buy some damn nice furniture and more for the $200/month you were paying while away for however many years.

And let's be real. How many women finally moving into a new purchased home even want to go back to the old stuff they stored away years ago?

Exactly. Unless you are only using the unit while you're between places for a short term, you are unlikely to actually use the contents in many situations.
