LBJ had his own personal hit man dating back to that time…Malcolm Wallace. He was a convicted murderer whom LBJ got out of prison (after serving 5 years) and got him a job in the Dept of Agriculture working as an economist.

Thanx for that info - I researched Wallace and found out a lot of stuff relating to the early days of LBJ's criminal history - substantiates a lot of what my grandfather was saying 70 years ago.
