Let there be a glitch in the EBT system and there will be enough chaos to warrant a shelter in place at our homes for a few weeks. Keep that in mind if you're not in a city, you may be safer locked in at home than to try to traverse the roads to get to your big out location.

EBT would be minor - unless prolonged....

bug out heck no... staying home got everything I need and can defend save for RPGs.

Look back to after the LA riots - and look at NOLA in the aftermath of Katrina and the POLICE went door to door taking guns from LAW ABIDING citizens. Power grid, comms or water failure - nobody would have to invade america any of those three would create chaos never before seen.
