re: Have you ever ran over a dog?

Yep going down a gravel road about 30 mph just cruising middle of the day, came up to this house and the dog ran from the house across the road, and I couldn’t stop fast enough and ran over it and killed it. I looked back and noticed there was some kids in the yard that saw it happened my heart sank to my stomach. I helped their dad bury the dog in a field behind their house. Even though it was a complete accident I still felt horrible.
