Ppl that lead their teams to titles don’t have the”issues” Zion has had since becoming a pro.

If I’m sticking to the on court stuff .

He is not a leader .
He has not improved his skill set .
He cannot get or stay in shape.
He does not give consistent effort.
He doesn’t do the little things .

I don’t care how talented someone is . If you don’t do those things you’ll never reach the peak .

He is a very good player and will likely stay that until his body quits on him which seems like it will happen sooner than it should .

You could have said the same thing about Shaquille O'Neal. How did that workout for the Magic? It takes time. MJ was 29 before he won a title.
