Plenty of teams already do this or try to do this. Problem is when you do stuff like draft Sam Darnold and Zach Wilson back to back, then the expensive known assets start looking real appealing

It’s like picking up a chick late at a bar, all about perspective, that 5/10 starts looking like a 10 when you look around and see a bunch of 2/10 and have recently been smashing a 1/10
