So, each year I carry over 40 for 1st quarter travel and then I use the remaining 208...every single hour of it.

The one hospital I worked with for 15 or so years, I think I was accruing 12 or 13 hours every paycheck, which equates probably to 6 or 8 weeks or some shite like that per year.
Now I have unlimited, and it's not nearly as good as the above
