I have an employee with family in Nigeria, I let her take off December 15th-January 15th. Now, I wouldn't do that every year but it had been a while since she had seen her family and she asked about it well in advance.

As long as we have coverage, I approve any and all PTO requests, and I don't ask questions regarding the reason behind the request.
