Tried them this morning. 2 eggs, 2 servings of egg whites, 1/2 cup cottage cheese.
I don't know if it's because I didn't blend it up before cooking or because I let my 11 year old do most of the cooking but it came out kind of watery.
Still tasted ok and I got 40g for breakfast.

I find you have to blend it, takes a little longer to cook.

Cottage cheese in eggs is good but I don’t like the watery consistency if you put too much. I’d rather just eat a bowl of cottage cheese with eggs
