ETA: Also, am I the only one that doesn't think this is a very big deal? They are coworkers hanging out after hours. Best I can tell, nothing illegal was done and they are all consenting adults. If the worst thing she did was basically say she was gonna be tired at work in the morning, why is this even a story?
Adults putting shite like this on social media is one thing, and we can debate that. But this judge being "under fire" for any of this seems like a reach.

A Judge is not a "co-worker" of public defenders. I doubt you would have the same reaction if she was in the hot tub with two prosecutors.
A judge can have lawyer friends. But, this was unprofessional and inappropriate.
This hashtag is also disturbing: “VacateTheS–tOuttaOutofCustodyCases”
How would you have liked to be one the parties to a custody case before her the morning after she posted that hashtag?
