For me, personally...just a couple of things

The weight just feels better. They weigh a bit more than regular.

Customizable sticks and d-pad

4 programmable back buttons, even though I only use one.

You can change the depth response of the triggers.

If you are on PC (I'm not sure how it works on Xbox), you can change the stick response profile as well as the trigger response profle through xbox accessories on PC.

I've played with this a bit and changing the stick profile has made FPS games a bit easier for me. Also, if you get some minor drift, you can increase the deadzones a bit.

These are just the things I did. There may be more.

biggest plus for me, was the paddles on the back where you rest your fingers..

I changed these to be my LB/RB and id pay 1000 for the next model if needed
