I missed your original post buddy. I hope you are trying to at least deal with this loss. The first year is beyond words difficult but it does get a little better after that first year because you aren’t thinking “I was doing this with my child on this date last year”. My best advice is to try and get through 365 days and support your wife as much as you can. Both of you will have worse days than the other. Don’t lose the memories as much as they may pain you. My wife and I will say a prayer for you guys.
