re: Has anyone here ever thought about enrolling in the Sonoran Desert Institute?

My nephew is enrolled now. This is his second semester. He says it is good for the fundamentals but some stuff is not as thorough as in person classes would be. He is trying to apprentice with a local gunsmith to fill in his training.

Overall, he would do it again but would prefer an on campus classroom environment.
