If it was 30-ish years ago, unlikely.

As a matter of course, the judge should have disclosed that he worked in private practice with plaintiff’s counsel. Any judge worth his salt would do this. I know federal and state judges who routinely recuse sua sponte from cases involving former law partners.

What is a ridiculous response.

The Judge shackled Habba's defense. He shackled Trump's testimony. He interdicted malignantly against it to the jury. His final instructions to the jury were an obscenity, both in this trial, and in the "rape" trial.

Now we find the judge and prosecutor not only worked together, but he may well have served as a mentor figure to her. You have got to be kidding! He'd have to be one arrogant SOB to not disclose that fact while acting against Trump as he did during the two trials.

For you to shrug such behavior off is revolting. Good gosh, what a shite system we have when its players consider this type thing a non-issue.

The consummate defender of the law is here to tell us just how impartial and unbiased the judicial system is so much so that no lawyer or judge would dare disgrace their sacred oaths to uphold truth and justice! You are a human cartoon

Yet the "rape" was how many years ago?
