quote:
– hyper patriotic
– very very very strong central government
- nostalgic (dwells on the past and how much better everything once was, while identifying a boogeyman as the reason why the past used to be so much cooler)
- communists are enemy #1. Communists fundamentally believe that government is bad.
– very strong public/private business partnership (controlling the means of production)
- war-mongering and expansionist
2 5 and 6 are obviously ok
But how the frick do you get the other 3 in the complete reverse? It’s incoherent
Every fascist nation state hasn't had a boogeyman that explained away why their nation state isn't as cool as it once was? Communists and Fascists weren't arch rivals and didn't kill each other? Fascists aren't hyper patriotic.
...It's amateur hour on this board 90 percent of the time smh.

I agree with you. You are communists at heart. You may have to use a fascist at some point in your journey.
Now, go wash your pussy hat.

If your definition of fascism begins and ends with Hitler, then sure it fits your attempted Trump narrative but he didn’t create fascism. Mussolini created it and didn’t dwell on the past at all. He despised the monarchy. It’s true he did try to expand Italy’s influence militarily but the military was poorly run, trained, and organized. General Franco in Spain also fascist in principles, kept Spain out of WW2 and also despised Spain’s colonialist history. You seem to have forgotten that Hitler himself very much despised the industrial complex in terms of private enterprise and implemented numerous public works projects. I guess you have hyper patriotism going for you but the Nazis made soldiers sign an oath of allegiance to Hitler not the Fatherland.
