Because you mother frickers are trash WFH employees. Borderline exclusively. Muh "more efficient at home" is a laughable and transparent lie.
I’ve been at the same company for 12 years, half of those completely remote.
Three of my best four annual reviews came during the remote years. As well as my largest bonuses.
Strange.

I assume you've worked from the last 6 years as opposed to the first 6?
Do you have the exact same job as you did when you started? Could you possibly have been promoted? Is it possible that larger bonuses and wages are due to your seniority and inflation rather than simply a percieved increase in productivity?

My team is fully remote. We average better realization than we ever did before. Significantly higher than industry averages. They have capacity to take on more work, and their work is excellent quality. Our revenues per person have shot up.
I can hire the best of the best, no matter where they choose to live.
