Video showing the plane going down already on fire then an explosion from hitting the ground.....camera pans back in sky and you can see an "explosion cloud" in the sky where the claim is a missile exploded

claims from Ukraine side is the plane was carrying S300 armaments, and that 17 of the 60 names the Russians published as killed had already been exchanged earlier in January and are back in Ukraine.\

still early but propaganda flowing from both sides....but obviously there was a plane crash
