Too many people, traffic, and weather and lack of outdoors sucks.
I sometimes feel like I am taking crazy pills but we are seriously considering moving back to LA. Back means either Covington/noth St.T, where we are both from, or laff. I want acreage and to build, you aren't doing that in TX unless it ETX or you have deep pockets.

You can buy land out near DFW but Louisiana is probably a better bang for your buck
