re: Vaccinations for kids? Related to Autism?

Aren’t a lot of these vaccines the same as they’ve always been? Why would they just now start causing autism, unless it was just under diagnosed before. Perhaps the rise and abundance of smart phones, tablets, television, etc is causing some sort of imbalance?
