re: ULL Athletics lost over $8 Million in 2023

Don’t let the LSU faithful try to kid you. Go to any game that isn’t a top 10 ranked SEC opponent or Alabama, and LSU has the same attendance issues as everyone else in the country. With the rising cost of attendance, and extended access through media, fan apathy will only continue to increase. UL just sent out the new pricing for tickets and tailgate spots with the cost increasing significantly if I’m reading it correctly. Combined with the losing seasons and the half demolished stadium, they are picking the wrong time to hike the cost of attendance.
