Yeah they’re required to fill it within 14 days of going down to 13 spots. They’re just gonna use 10 day contracts till after the deadline when the roster is settled then convert Matt Ryan to get to 14

They might convert Matt Ryan, but I thought that the plan was to bring in Matkovic to get to 14. We'll see.
