I guess you would have to start looking in places where illegals are known to congregate

I live in a fairly nice subdivision, there is a home around the corner in the cul de sac that I know at one time had 3 Hispanic families living together.....this arrangement is pretty common with illegals after they get established and have steady work.

Post an undercover "Illegal Apprehension Task Force" (I'm trademarking that one) out in front of every Lowes, Home Depot and lumber yard in all the major areas.
Guaranteed you'll round up hordes every day, and as lagniappe you'd pick up quite a few citizens with outstanding warrants. Contractors and DIY homeowners looking for cheap day labor will be pissed, but that's just how it has to be.
I know plenty of LEGAL skilled immigrants who do a fantastic job and shouldn't have to compete with border jumpers just to put food on the table.
