Inhalation of pure nitrogen is obviously dangerous and there should be a protocol in place to protect others
But to act as if they can't figure out how to do it safely is silly. Just call up some offshore baw that's done pneumatic testing with nitrogen and they'll figure it out in 30 seconds.
