my dad has a logosol mill and it works pretty well. The chainsaw (comes with the mill) stands upright and you feed the log through the saw with a wheel crank.
it doesn’t have a debarker though…you take the bark with the first cut on each side. He uses it to mill cedar from his property in AR.
It takes 2 people, you need a tractor with forks to load the logs, it takes about 3/8” (saw chain and bar width) out, and it makes a massive pile of sawdust
