Why would he go to Gulf shores, when he can be at any beach in the world, whenever he wants.

I’ve been to Gulf Shores several times over the last ten years, and I can be at any beach in the world at any time. I always love it when these amateur sleuths prove, Perry Mason style, that something is so, or isn’t so.
