Most minesweepers are, all of the fasteners are stainless as well.

The nonmetallic hull is for the ship's protection in case a mine detonates not next to the ship, but near the ship. Metal hull would crumble much quicker and cause the ship to sink faster. Learned this when touring a minesweeper early in my career directly from the source.
