My wife (no pics) can absolutely throw down on the bench. Last time we maxed out she hit 265 but she regularly does sets for reps with two plates. I hit 170 recently and pretty proud of that.

365 is my max but I never really did total max and did it twice as part of workout. Now curls I was a beast and could do 225 multiply times
