How else is a coach supposed to be judged? Results matter. You don't get to advance to postseason play because you "looked good losing". If at the end of this season he's looking at something like two year record of 15-35 record vs. major conf. opponents it would be reasonable to objectively question if he can succeed at LSU.

Last year was awful. Worse than it should have been. This year is starting to look better. How much better remains to be seen.
