I'm 57, 6ft 2in, 205lbs. In great overall health. Walk 6-7 miles/day. During my recently annual physical (which i only do about every 5 years), I had my testosterone checked.
My results are:
*Testosterone Serum Level 595 (right in the middle)
*Free Testost Direct 4.7 (low, range is 7.2 - 24)
Doc is not worried, he says as long as libido and energy is normal, and no other issues, all is good.
He is not a fan of the Men's Wellness/Testosterone Clinics.
Should I look into TRT?

Seems like you can work on your free test before getting into therapy.

Before you look into trt, try boron at 9-12mg taken in the morning and try and get the free test up. Do that for 3 months and get levels checked again.
If you want to get total test up, try sustain alpha
