there are stop switches


X stop switch is on the left hand side of the X gantry

Y stop switch is on the back of the Y rail

Z stop switch is on the bottom left Z (vertical rail)

yeah, if you don't see these switches, you're not going to be having a good time. they're pretty obvious.

to "zero" them out, you need to "Home" the hot-end. should be a function within the printer's display.

as far as leveling, that's a different animal. depends on the setup.

do you have a BL-Touch or CR-Touch?

probably not as that's an add-on and i doubt you're familiar enough with it.

i suggest looking up CHEP or Bryan Vines on YouTube and getting a crash course on the basics.
