FYI - you can say overhired, but they have a lot of job postings right now on IT recruiting sites that were posted in the last week...Sales is always over hired, cause of numbers. People like Brittany who don't cut it are gone. Its simple in Sales. Have activity, build a defensible, realistic pipeline, work towards closing and close deals. Cloudflare is right here...they have over 1500 sales people across the country and let go the bottom 3%. That's actually less than should be expected heading into a new year.

Also, we dont have information about her true work ethic, her territory, her renewal rate, etc etc. Maybe she walked into a 4M pipeline for Q4 and couldn't close the deals and secure renewals. She closed ZERO deals...thats tough to do for a megacorp in Q4
