Not an equivalence.

There's nothing wrong with candidates differentiating themselves during a primary. Expected. Healthy. Needed, even.

But Trump attacks people personality, their footwear, and adopts democrat talking points and politices to accomplish this. The man endorsed Stacey Abrams to disparage a Republican governor (who won yugely anyway). Let that sink in. Stacey Abrams.

And trump has resorted to outright lying about his COVID record to attack Desantis. It's silly. But the thoughtful amongst us recognize that Trump cannot run on his record. He has to lie about it.

There's a reason Trump is too scared to show up to a debate.
