No. He DID call China and talked with his military counterpart to assure them that Trump wouldn't be 'allowed' to use nukes. Even though there's virtually no scenario where that possibly could happen. Or that Trump would. It was telegraphing to our adversaries a situation that had zero basis in fact or substance.

And he did this completely behind Trump's back. How he wasn't tossed in the brig baffles me. Tell me there's no freaking Deep State.
