I know this is all subjective and everyone is different but as long as I am in a caloric deficit it doesn’t matter what time I eat. Whether it’s 4 hours before bedtime or 45 minutes before it didn’t make a difference. Again, this is just my experience.

True.
Daily caloric deficit. Doesn’t matter what time just look at calories for the day.

From what I've read the main reason people don't encourage you to eat late at night is because your inhibitions are lowered at that time

But if you don't keep high calorie low nutrient density food around for you to snack on at night that solves that issue
