Getting in about 10,000 to 15,000 steps daily

Park farther in parking lots and walk
Take the stairs when u can
Only drink water

If you need to lose weight start cutting out 250-500 calories everyday
Get a food scale if you unsure of serving sizes. You will be surprised

You don’t need keto or intermittent fasting or the next trendy diet.
You don’t want to cut out sugar or carbs completely. You will fail

Alcohol is killing your progress

I'm back on the horse as of last week. I know it's trite/cliche to get into exercise for the New Year but I really need to.

Over the last year and a half I've battled some serious depression issues. It got pretty dark for awhile. I quit lifting/exercising and put on quite a bit of weight. Like OP, got fat clothes as my regular clothes didn't fit anymore.

Long story short, after going to therapy and seeing doctors, I've finally got meds that make me feel right again. One of the several issues I was dealing with apparently was low T. I'm only 40, and was in beast mode on my 20s.

I don't want to hijack OPs thread, but didn't want to create a new thread either as this one seems pretty pertinent to where I'm at.

Look forward to posting over here more and getting tips/encouragement on the journey. Don't worry OP, I'm in the same boat as you man. Let's get after it!
