I can confirm.....that much whole protein has big time metabolic effect....i have never sweated like that. crazy meat sweats all the time and overall i was miserable eating that much.

Same principle as lifting to Failure. Most people stop there and never reach their full potential. You must go beyond failure in both lifting and eating. Few have fortitude for it.
