Black Bear Hunt Lottery

I apologize if this has been asked already, but couldn't find anything.
Does anybody know dates and how to enter the bear hunt lottery? They keep talking about the upcoming season and the lottery, but can't find any information on how to enter. Nothing listed in the lottery hunt section of the LWF site.
Figured somebody on here knows something! Just want to make sure I don't miss it when it opens up.

No hunter can shoot a female with her bear cubs, or a bear cub under 75 pounds. For now, hunting will be limited to the northeast part of the Louisiana. This includes areas like Tensas or East and West Carroll Parishes.

They'll lottery away 10 tags to rich people who hunt in the area where they conveniently found CWD and banned corn piles. Good luck!

Well, this is actually my concern, is the 10 tags go to people with financial or political connections. Just want to make sure my hat gets thrown in. You can't complain about some state reps son getting the tag, if you didn't even enter,

Yea, KNOE had a piece on it this morning and other than the 10 tags and the dates of the season it was pretty much wait and see.

I wouldn’t expect the draw to occur before the summer.
